🔁 Return Policy:

At IndBazar.site, we strive to offer you the best quality products at the lowest possible prices. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return:

- Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

- A valid reason for return (wrong item, damaged item, defective product, etc.) must be provided.

- Returns must include the original invoice.

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

- Products bought during clearance sale / final sale.

- Items such as innerwear, cosmetics, personal hygiene products.

- Products that show signs of use or damage.

💸 Refund Process:

- Once the returned item is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (UPI, bank, wallet, etc.).

- In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

🔄 Exchange Policy:

We currently do not offer exchanges. You can return the product and place a new order for the desired item.
